The brand speaks for itself—their pieces become hybrids of itself, adding fabric elements that normally wouldn’t be seen together but just work. If you’re lucky however, you can snag yourself a pair of pants. The collection has sold out fast as (of writing this) half the collection is currently sold out.
“I wanted to establish a visual language through the fabric I used on all the pants: 500D Cordura Nylon,” Scott Williams, the designer of SAW tells us about the ethos of the collection. “My choice of 500D Cordura Nylon stems from my appreciation of the materials matte and bold finishes, and it’s obvious stiffness to touch. The actual pant design comes from my love and appreciation for utilitarianism, with specific focus around electrical workers, and the tactical equipment they use while on the frontline. The fabric overlay acts as a repellant to spark ricochet and potential oil hazard. With that in mind, I wanted to bridge a sense of contemporary times and SAW signature touch with double layering, logo placement, and bold stitch patterns.”
And Williams has clear intentions of what the collection will evolve into. “My plan and intention for the upcoming releases is to continue to use this fabric and create a consistent visual language through all my pieces. We will continue to update inventory on the site with a more inclusive range in sizes. We are planning our next drop mid-October.” Our eyes are peeled for the next drop so see you in checkout.
