Saurabh Sachdeva was born on 24 September 1978 in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. He experienced childhood in New Delhi, India. Saurabh went to Model Senior Secondary School, Saket, New Delhi. He joined Barry John Acting Studio, New Delhi in 2001 and later he began instructing there.

At first, Saurabh joined Barry John Acting Studio and got preparing for a year. He began instructing in 2002. He then, at that point, joined Barry John Acting Studio, Mumbai in 2005 and has gone through over 19 years preparing the acting hopefuls.

Saurabh established the acting foundation The Actors Truth and Atarang, a venue bunch in Mumbai. He currently trains and coaches acting courses at the establishment.
