America may be a country of less than 400 million people, making them smaller than the European Union, and far smaller than countries like China and India, but man, people in the United States sure do love to buy stuff. Lots of it too. This, according to The Korea Times, is why Samsung wants to take their relationship with Best Buy to another level.

Apparently this isn’t enough for Samsung. They want more. So much so that they want to buy a stake in Best Buy. This makes perfect sense when you consider that Apple already has tons of stores in the US, stores that would take Samsung ages to build. So why not just work together with an established player? This is all speculation, of course, but I’m not going to be surprised if a press release drops.
