Now that the Galaxy Alpha is the real deal, and that metal band around the device has been translocated to other devices, like the Galaxy Note 4, it’s no surprise that we’d start to hear more about metal coming to future Samsung-branded devices. It sounds like the SM-A500 is going to take the metal design to a whole new level (for Samsung). According to a new report published by SamMobile, the Samsung SM-A500 will reportedly launch with all-metal body at some point in the near future. If that model number sounds familiar, it’s because it cropped up in late August as one member of an all new “A-series” of handsets set to launch at some point in the future. The news that the SM-A500 will launch with an all-metal body, though, is certainly new. The other specifications for the device lineup with aforementioned details as well. That includes a 5-inch 1280×720 HD Super AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor under the hood, with an 8MP camera on the back and a 5-megapixel camera on the front.
