One is the price obviously, with these new double-glass and metal Galaxy flagships coming in up to £100 over where their plastic-framed predecessors would have. Or make that £200 in the case of the curved-glass Edge edition here. Second is flexibility, with batteries being sealed, storage being absolute, with no microSD support, and third is durability. No waterproofing, no plastic rim and back to take the knocks, etc. But I don’t want to be a curmudgeon....
Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab S3, its latest high-end tablet, back at Mobile World Congress earlier this year. At the time, however, the company wasn’t open about pricing, or a launch date. It took a landing page for the tablet on Best Buy’s website to shed some light on the pricing, but even then when the Galaxy Tab S3 would arrive on the market remained a mystery. The Galaxy Tab S3 does have the selling point of including the S Pen stylus with the tablet right out of the box, so for fans of the stylus, that means no spending extra money to get it....
The Gallery app segregates your photos based on Pictures, Albums, and Stories. Apart from that the gallery app also offers the basic editing and media sharing options. The Stories section is pretty much similar to the “Assistant” feature in the Google Photo App, the one that automatically curates the pictures from your last trip and brings it to the forefront. Moving on, the Play store description doesn’t seem to be convincing since it is laced with bad English and equally awful grammar errors....
According to Samsung, the board cited the current uncertain global business environment and the “pressing need for stronger accountability and business stability” in approving the recommendation by board chairman Kim Han-jo to name Lee as executive chairman. According to Bloomberg, Samsung will be using its in-house Exynos chipset over Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 on its upcoming flagship — the Galaxy S6. The report, citing “people with direct knowledge of the matter,” states that the Snapdragon 810 chip frequently overheated in Samsung’s testing, which has ultimately led the Korean giant to use its own Exynos AP on its upcoming 2015 flagship. With just over a month to go for Samsung to officially unveil the Galaxy Note 8, the handset has been leaked in new renders made by case maker Ghostek. The renders show the phone in all its glory including the dual-camera setup at the rear.
